Is your baby 0-8 months? Active Baby at Home is a six-week programme aimed at supporting new parents to understand the importance of movement through play in the first 1000 days. During the six-week programme you will meet other parents and their babies, as well as gain new ideas to introduce playful activities that will support your baby’s physical development and well-being through everyday routines. We want you and your baby to feel safe and comfortable in a playful environment, so each week you will be given play equipment in order to participate in the sessions, which you can then take home.
